AMI has a team of over 550 meeting professionals around the globe on every continent available for our clients. In partnership, we identify, budget and provide incredible team members to work as an extension of the client on-site to meet the needs of the event. Our meeting and travel directors are fully trained and comply with all of our internal requirements as well as those of our clients. They report to a full-time Senior Project Manager, who oversees all aspects of the program. The majority of our planners have worked with AMI over decades and all have extensive experience.
