Greeters & Hosts

Greeters & Hosts help generate the initial, positive impression of your attendees’ experience by making your attendees feel welcomed, directing them to their following meeting location, answering fundamental questions, and ensuring the safety of all attendees. The American Meetings Network includes hundreds of professional, friendly, and courteous greeters ready to assist your team during travel, on-site meetings, off-site dinners, and registration and attendee support.
Working with your designated project manager, our on-site planners proactively double-check and finalize all arrangements, troubleshoot potential problems, and intimately check each event’s function in advance. Because attention to detail is crucial to the success of any program, we help your organization with logistics—registration, meeting venue and catering functions, office setup and delivery tracking, hospitality and travel arrangements, and post-event reviews of all resource teams.

Meeting and travel directors are fully trained and comply with all of our internal needs and those of our clients. They report to a full-time Senior Project Manager, who oversees all aspects of the program.
