This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code”) applies to every AMI Team member. For the purposes of this Code, the term “employee” includes employees and contractors. To further the company’s pillars of Innovation, Diversity, and Sustainability,  our Code strives to deter wrongdoing and promote our core objectives as detailed below.

Our code is simple. Operate our business daily with honest and ethical standards through our three key pillars of Innovation, Diversity, and Sustainability. This includes honest and ethical interactions with all key constituents: our clients, suppliers, and fellow team members.  

We do this by:

  • Full, fair, accurate, timely, understandable, and transparent disclosure of our governance policies.
  • Compliance with the applicable exchange, government, and self-regulatory organization laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Accountability for our agreements with our clients, suppliers, and team.
  • Prompt internal reporting of code violations.
  • Responsibility for compliance with the code.

Accountability for Compliance with the Code

Each of our company’s owners,  officers, and employees are expected to:

  • Understand, display and support our company values concerning the environment, sustainability, diversity and inclusion.
  • Understand the requirements of the position, including the company’s expectations, business practices, laws, rules, and regulations that apply to the position.
  • An expectation to comply with this code, any agreement in place with American Meetings LLC and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • An expectation to report any known violation of this code.
