Andy McNeill founded American Meetings, Inc. in 2001 with a vision to deliver high-touch, data driven meetings with precision and integrity. Todd joined as a principal in 2003. Over more than two decades, they have grown AMI and its healthcare-focused brand, meetings.health, and its enterprise meeting services into a trusted partner for Fortune 500 enterprises and healthcare organizations around the world.

Today, Andy and Todd focus on long-term strategy and stewardship of the company’s vision. Andy provides executive guidance and strategic oversight to the Managing Director, who leads day-to-day operations across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Technology. Since transitioning to a Managing Director-led operating model in 2022, the founders are no longer involved in daily client management or operational execution. Instead, they support the leadership team at a strategic level, ensuring the company remains disciplined, innovative, and positioned for sustained growth while empowering management to run the business independently.
