American Meetings always is looking for the best venues for your next meeting or event. We chose three really extraordinary venues in Miami:
MIAMI: 1111 LINCOLN ROAD
Located at the intersection of Alton and Lincoln Road’s 1111 Lincoln Road houses world-class shopping, dining, and the most visually stimulating automotive parking imaginable. The highlight of this award-winning architectural landmark is the 7th-floor event space which features panoramic city, ocean, and bay views, soaring 34 ft. ceilings, and a dramatic concrete structure which serves as the perfect backdrop for corporate, private, and special occasions, film and photoshoots, and much more.
THE MOORE BUILDING MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT
The Design District is made up primarily of old low-rise warehouses and gallery spaces, that have been converted into retail spaces, art galleries, restaurants, and cafés. The Design District is in the crossroads of many prominent Miami neighborhoods, with the artsy Wynwood neighborhood to the south, Little Haiti, the historic 1920’s Buena Vista neighborhood to the north, and the wealthy Upper East Side neighborhoods to the east. After decades of falling to urban decay, the Design District has risen to fame as a destination for the arts, design, and fashion.
It is home to over 130 art galleries, showrooms, creative services, architecture firms, stores, antique dealers, eateries, and bars.
THE MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER
Planted at the north end of South Beach, the Miami Beach Convention Center is a local staple known for hosting some of Miami’s most notable annual events from the Miami International Wine Fair to Art Basel Miami Beach. Hall D is 132,990 square feet and welcomes 13,300 guests in reception or theater-style.
