Full Bio: •Develops and directs implementation of the overall event strategy and tactics in support of product and/or marketing plans and corporate branding strategy while creating a consistent brand experience for participants •Plan, organize, manage, direct staff, promote internally and monitor satisfaction for all national and local promotional events such as trade shows, scientific symposia, sales meetings, incentive meetings, VIP visits and mobile marketing events to meet corporate objectives and goals. •Serve as strategic account manager for corporate events including internal recognition programs and customer charity events. Act as key contact for external vendors for contract negotiations and administration, event project team management, communication to senior management and budget management. •Develop, monitor and control budgets with management oversight to meet financial objectives. Develop and expand vendor relationships and contacts in an ongoing effort to maximize cost-effectiveness of events. •Understand and adhere to high ethical standards and federal and local government regulations, such as CMS reporting guidelines and various state laws, as they relate to meetings and conferences, and direct staff accordingly. •Implement a communications plan for each event, provide participant recruitment plans for all key events and actively promote events internally and externally by managing the implementation of promotional strategies (advertising, collateral, social media, etc.)
