On-site directors and staff

AMI on-site staff is available worldwide, speaks many different languages, and is on hand to execute programs and events anywhere, serving as a transparent member of our client teams. Our professional team members are trained extensively on the day-to-day operations for all different types of programs to give non-stop attention to every detail, resulting in a meeting experience that’s stress-free, seamless and memorable for you and your attendees.

Working with your designated project manager, our on-site directors proactively double check and finalize all previous arrangements, troubleshoot potential problems, and check each function of your event in advance. Directors work closely with all on-site vendors to ensure your meeting experience is successful.
